SHIPPING
Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (pst) may be processed the following business day. You'll receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. Please note that if you select Next Day Air on a Friday, you won't receive your package until Monday. All orders of presale (made to order) items ship out within the time window specified on the product page.
Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
Unfortunately, we can't calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for you. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Feathered Haberdashery & CO aims to ensure its customers' full satisfaction. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your non-presale item(s) for store credit ONLY.
We do NOT accept returns for presale items.
Returns must be initiated within 14 business days of delivery. The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete with tags, etc.
Please note - customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs. Store credit for the webshop will be given for the retail price of item(s) purchased minus restocking fees.
Once item(s) are received and inspected, store credit will be issued for returned items. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using the store credit issued. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment. If returns are received worn or incomplete they will not be shipped back or credited..

- Items purchased with any promotion, discount or store credit cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items purchased during pre-order periods are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- There are no returns and exchanges on orders placed outside of the US.
- Release Day products or limited drops are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
